Can I ignore the level suggestions for missions/quests? Can I focus on main missions and largely ignore side quests? It feels odd that the game has this very urgent story, yet stopping and helping peasants and whomever I come across for hours and hours just takes me out of the experience. I thought I would love this, but it feels like a slower and more beautiful Assassins Creed. I loved Red Dead Redemption and Skyrim/Oblivion. At first I thought it was the so called "open world fatigue", but I don't think so. I'm overwhelmed and I find myself loathing the idea of playing it. After about 10 hours in I'm getting a humongous amount of quests, things littered on the map, crafting, gwent card game, and lack of easy fast travel, etc. Furthermore, I have fairly limited time to game. I was excited about the huge world and story, but as soon as I played it I really didn't like the combat and movement. So I have had several people suggest I play this game.
